Excellent location not far from the center of downtown Pleven, cafes and restaurants and the mall, and private parking. Neat room available with fruits as well as 2 separated beds...

The stay here was great for 1 or 2 nights, and the restaurant had a good selection of delicious Bulgarian food.

The hotel had exceptionally nice and welcoming staff members. It had great location just next door to the City Centre, nice and lively park and many restaurants and bars near by as well as the lovely park.

I can not say I liked one thing or another. very bad confort ( not clean, window not fixed when closed, very high price in comparison with what they offer).

It was a bad experience, very poor value for the money.

The restaurant here offers a variety of Bulgarian delicacies, and we enjoyed delicious savory dishes; the location is also conveniently close to a night club.

This place offers good service, is well priced, and provides great value; the apartment with a comfortable bed, mini-bar, central heating.

Affordable stay. the room is stylishly decorated and seems like it's just been finished yesterday, plus the bed is super cozy. You can't beat the central location either, making it a great spot to explore around. Bonus points for having a night club nearby, perfect for a fun evening out! 🎉

For the price I paid, I was genuinely surprised by the value I got at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay quite enjoyable. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, with easy access to the top-rated Kanape restaurant just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and prompt, and their decent English skills made communication easy. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to pay with a credit card.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with better temperature control. The warm juice and milk on a hot day was not ideal.

This hotel has a great location right in the heart of the city. It's close to all the happening places in town and everything you need is within walking distance. the rooms are decent and there is a good buffet breakfast available.

The lack of attention to details, especially in the room design, is disappointing.

Comfortable rooms with two separate beds, a lovely view included. Employees here are super friendly and willing to assist with anything you need. 😊
